Al-Suhaimi was born in Riyadh in 1979, and her father Jamaz Al-Suhaimi is the first president of the Saudi financial market.
She graduated from King Saud University with first honors degree in accounting, later she was joined the prestigious Harvard University in the United States and completed the Public Administration Program in 2015.
She served in several important economic positions, including Executive Director and Head of Asset Management at Jadwa Investments, and has managed asset portfolios in Samba Financial Group.
In September 2013, she was selected among the 16 members of the advisory committee of Fianancial Market Company where she served for two years.
In 2017, Al-Suhaimi was appointed by the Cabinet in Tadawul before the Board of Directors decided to elect her as Chairman during the first meeting of its fourth session on 16 February 2017 that took place at the company's headquarters in Riyadh with the presence of all the company’s members.
